we only use collected information for your order.  your email is required, allowing correspondence throughout the customizing process of your item.  any pictures exchanged will not be used or sold beyond your personal order.

gre:son custom creation has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. when we do, we will post a notification on the main page of our site, revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. we encourage users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed. you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

product processing policy

since all items are custom orders, we need 2-4 weeks to create your order and get it to you.  we do appreciate your patience and willingness to wait for your made-to-order purchase.  also it is imperative that you are aware that each order will go into production cue when received and will be started on a 1st come 1st serve basis.  if production cue exceeds 2 weeks out you will receive an additional email on your orders status.

***any wooden mosaic picture order requires 3 months to create once the final order has been placed.  some smaller mosaics may have a shorter production time, which you will be notified of during the initial picture production process***
